It happens in the novel version as well. It might be one of Lin Ling's difficult challenges is to find a way for them to remember her since all the sudden they have forgot about her. Hopefully Merlin will remember her and help her out maybe.

It was so sad in the end of Chapter 149. I hope Lin Ling would be remembered by Arthur later on. Also that they were in love and that Arthur didn't want to be engaged with Guinevere. What I really hope is for everything between both of them to be in love once again. This is so heartbreaking but I love this so much. I read this over many times and can't wait for the next update! Also thanks for the update of CH. 149. It's really appreciated.
